This page introduces the purposes of use for services that have a comparatively large impact on users (inquiries, training participant data, CRM, access analytics, advertising measurement, and generative AI). Training Program System Infrastructure
Service: Google Cloud (BMG training system infrastructure)
Purpose of use: System infrastructure for BMG and the BMG Cross-border Learning Program
Access Analytics and Advertising Measurement

Purpose of use: Access analytics (page views and event measurement)

Generative AI Services
The Company uses the following generative AI services in certain features of the Services and in internal operations. When personal information is handled in connection with generative AI services, use is limited to the scope necessary for business purposes, and the Company takes necessary security measures such as using contracts and settings that do not permit use for model training, managing access rights and connection destinations, and having humans review output. When audio transcription or minutes are created for business discussions or meetings, the purposes of use and related information will be communicated in advance.
